As a bio-computation intern in the summer of 2018, I developed a graphical user interface using the MATLAB GUIDE tool which physicians used to provide statistical data regarding the prevalence of certain symptoms for specific diseases. Ultimately, the data was to be used to create a predictive model for disease likelihood based on symptom prevalence.
